The Role
We have an exciting role for a Administrator on a 9 month FTC, to provide support to our Lifetime Mortgage revaluation project, to our partners and customers considering at all times how to achieve the best customer outcome.
As Revaluation Administrator, you will liaise with customers and/or their personal representatives to facilitate the revaluation of their property, as well as complete required administration processes following agreed procedures and standards in a professional, accurate, timely and compliant manner
Key Responsibilities:
Support the revaluation exercise and subsequent resolution of any issues identified, in line with Just’s Revaluation Strategy, knowing when to refer for guidance.
To plan and organise work effectively, in order to achieve team and personal objectives.
To undertake tasks to the required standards of service and productivity.
To provide an excellent level of customer service at all times to all customers, internal and external.
Manage post valuation queries and requests for further information as required.
Ensuring adherence to company AML, Financial Crime and KYC policies.
Skills and Experience:
GCSE’s (or equivalent) Grade A-C including Maths and English
Experience in administration or customer service (ideally in the financial services sector. But not essential)
Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills
Good organisation and planning
High attention to detail and accuracy
Focus on delivery of good customer service
Strong team player but with the ability to work independently
