AKTON recruitment is working closely with the local authorities and we are looking for an experienced LADO Review in the Plymouth area. 3 – 6 months contract.
Job description
We want to ensure ourselves of the confidence of our Local Authority Designated Officer decision making so are seeking an experienced LADO to review our decision making over the last 6 months in relation to Consultations, Referrals and Managing Allegation Meetings.
The successful candidate with have administrative support to access all the key documents needed to review decisions made, advice given, and actions set so that they can produce a spreadsheet that evidences a review of these. Alongside their LADO role, our new experienced interim LADO will support with the progress of actions set.
We are looking to interview candidates who have had direct and enduring successful experience as a LADO.
