The role:

We are seeking an individual to join our IT support team and play a vital role in providing technology assistance to our Property Management clients. In addition to offering support, this person will contribute to enhancing processes and standards to ensure a consistent client experience. Candidates must possess strong communication skills, capable of engaging clients at both technical and non-technical levels.

This position will primarily be based at the client’s corporate office in the Buckhead area of Atlanta, GA. Additionally, there will be occasions where onsite work is required at the client’s properties throughout the Atlanta metro area. The ratio of office to onsite work may vary week to week, with an average of 3-4 days at the office and 1-2 days onsite at properties.

Other Responsibilities:

Interact with CTS staff, clients, and service desk technicians via a variety of mediums (phone, email, ticketing system, Teams, in-person, text, etc.) to gain an understanding of issues, share information, and provide needed assistance to achieve high quality results

Communicate with vendors as needed to assist in problem resolution

Provide guidance and assistance to local partners and vendors performing onsite support

Maintain up-to-date documentation of clients’ IT infrastructure

Assist CSS as needed with network onboarding for new clients

Special projects as assigned

Complete continuing education programs when available

Qualifications:

One year of experience in IT troubleshooting in a professional environment

CompTIA A+ hardware or equivalent networking certifications

Experience working in property management or multifamily industry is a plus

Excellent customer service, positive attitude, and professional demeanor

Experience setting up new Windows OS and Apple systems (laptops/desktops) with profiles/software

Competency in administration tasks for Office 365, Exchange, Egnyte, and SharePoint

Ability to communicate technical or complex concepts in a simple, straightforward manner

HR Information:

Salary: $45,000-$50,000 annually

100% coverage for employees, 50% coverage for dependents

Schedule: Mondays-Fridays, 8a-5pm ET with 1 hour lunch

We provide mileage reimbursement for onsite travel
