Contract Type: Part-time, 3 days per weekWe are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Business Studies Teacher to join a client secondary school in Greenwich. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and inspiring young minds, particularly in the field of business studies. This is a part-time position, with teaching responsibilities three days a week.About the school: Situated in the Royal Borough of Greenwich, this distinguished co-educational comprehensive institution caters to students aged 11-18 and is widely recognised for its excellence in secondary education. • Plan and deliver engaging lessons in Business Studies for students aged 11-18.
• Create a stimulating learning environment to encourage student participation and critical thinking.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance and grades.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Participate in departmental meetings and professional development activities.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Business Studies or related field.
• Previous experience teaching Business Studies at the secondary level.
• Passion for education and motivating students.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in using educational technology.
• Commitment to professional development.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
