Job Summary What is the opportunity?
The RBC Dominion Securities branch located in Winnipeg is seeking an Associate to provide administrative and trading support for a high performing Wealth Advisory Team delivering bespoke financial solutions and world-class service.Job DescriptionWhat will you do?

  • Client account management: Oversee client accounts diligently, tracking key activities and ensuring meticulous execution and follow-up.
  • Client interaction: Engage with our elite clientele daily, managing account and documentation queries, and executing trade instructions with precision.
  • Trading support: Gain expertise in our trading systems, handle trade inputs, and provide essential backup trading support.
  • Team collaboration: Join a collaborative environment where your role intertwines with various team functions, from documentation to client communications, contributing to seamless client experiences.
  • Client service excellence: Uphold our legacy of world-class client service, making every interaction with clients professional, warm, and efficient.

  • Effective communication: Showcase your exceptional verbal and written communication skills, ensuring professionalism in all client and team interactions.
  • Superior problem resolution: Utilize your superior problem resolution skills to offer proactive client service, addressing issues promptly and effectively.
  • Self-motivation and strong work ethics: Your confidence and strong work ethic will be key to maintaining the high standards our clients expect.
  • Qualifications and certifications: Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH) strongly preferred, with the requirement to complete these within 6 months of hiring if not already done.
