Job Title: Perioperative Practitioner (Nurse/ODP) – Orthopaedic Scrub Team

Salary: £41,000 per annumSanctuary Personnel is currently seeking a skilled Perioperative Practitioner with Orthopaedic Scrub experience to join a prestigious healthcare team in Bristol. - Utilise your expertise in Orthopaedic Scrub to contribute to the daily operations of our busy theatre department.
- Embrace opportunities for professional development, including training in major orthopaedics.
- Demonstrate flexibility and proficiency across scrub, anaesthetics, and recovery areas, or specialise in one or two as preferred.
- Deliver compassionate patient care and maintain effective communication within the multidisciplinary team.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse or Operating Department Practitioner (ODP) with NMC/HCPC registration and unrestricted PIN.
- Prior experience in minor orthopaedics; training in major orthopaedics will be provided.
- Exceptional communication skills and a commitment to excellence in patient care.
- Previous experience with Total Hip and Total Knee replacements preferred.
- Teaching qualification and/or assisting qualification desirable.
