Background –
This is an opportunity to work for a GP Training and Teaching Practice which boasts an excellent team environment, and superb staff retention. They have a close team who are very supportive and who socialise outside of work. The clinical workload and workload is shared equally between all Doctors, making it a very fair working environment for all. They have a growing MDT which has integrated well and have recently changed their systems to EMIS.Salary – £11,000-£11,500 per session + indemnity cover + 6 weeks’ annual leave + 1 week study leaveLocation – WoolwichThe surgery –

• Supportive, mid-sized GP Training practice
• Mixed patient base
• Caring, concerning practice that think about their doctors
• Weekly clinical meetings
• Supportive practice with harmonious team
• CQC Good across the board

Your role –

• 4 – 6 sessions – across Wednesday and Friday, possible Monday if 6 sessions

• Shared workload and no duty doctor system
• Very low home visiting – circa 1 per week
• Working as part of a highly organised GP and Multi-Disciplinary Team
• Extended hours once per month with a late start
