We pride ourselves in putting our people and customers at the heart of everything we do – and best of all, provide opportunities to develop skills and build careers through our award-winning Wolseley Talent Guild.As an Operations Assistant based in Peterborough, you’ll be responsible for:Serving our valued customers always showcasing great customer service.Processing orders and general administration tasks.Learning about the products, building up a good knowledge on parts we can offer.You will be working a 40-hour week Monday – Friday 8am – 5pmAnd here’s what we’d like you to have:Excellent customer service experience with the ability to build rapport and provide outstanding service.Industry experience would be beneficial however not essential as full training can be provided.Willingness to learn and work as part of a small team and be hands-on.Also, did we mention?
