Job DescriptionJob Title: Customer Technical Manager
Location: Devon, UK
Salary: £45,000 – £60,000 (D.O.E)
Hours: Monday to Friday*Please note that this vacancy does not offer sponsorship or able to accept candidates on PSW Visa*Responsibilities:

  • Jointly achieve the sales budget and service KPI’s for our service provision customers
  • Manage technical and quality requirements standards and performance for our service provision customers.
  • Customer Projects
  • Technical Administration – Reviewal of specifications, Liaising with customers & suppliers and non – conformance reports.
  • Regular liaising with customers
  • Support the customers and Ethical and sustainability.
  • Support the technical and product managers manage procedures, processes, and legality.
  • Traveling to other UK Sites

Required:

  • Experience in technical retail account management within food manufacturing.
  • HACCP Level 3
  • Lead Auditor Certification
