Committed to excellence and solving whatever problem the world throws at them, CIEE professionals work on international teams and are dedicated to advancing our 75-year-old mission to make the world a more peaceful place.Who you are:As a Placement Specialist, you will support the placement of high school foreign exchange students throughout the U.S.What you’ll do:You will work remotely with a team of Placement Managers and Specialists to determine the best strategies for creative outreach and marketing. You will spread the word about CIEE’s mission to generate leads for volunteer host families for our high school foreign exchange students. You will have an opportunity to work directly with schools, host families, local coordinators, and students from around the world.What you’ll bring:The ideal candidate will possess:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Experience with grassroots marketing and outreach
- Demonstrated success in sales-type roles (lead generation and conversion)
- Ability to manage high-volume goals in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience with CRM-type databases (Salesforce) is a plus
- An outgoing, goal-orientated, and self-motivated attitude.
