You will have a high level of interaction with Technology partners, business partners and with management of internal and external groups.At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote.How you’ll succeedBusiness Management – Work in a fast paced environment to effectively execute strategic priorities related to Records Management. Identify all gaps to the Record Management Policy. Be able to work with the vendor to identify solutions for gaps to the Records Policy. If needed price out the solution and be able to build timelines for implementation. Assist in the development, documentation and implementation of processes and procedures.Understand Requirements – Understand CIBC requirements for certifying a Records Repository. Conduct analysis of processes and functional or reporting requirements to document, communicate the best practices to stakeholders. Provide SME advice and direction to internal stakeholders to ensure that the requirements work packages are appropriately defined and completed. Work with Technology and the Business to understand what information needs to be retained and provide regular updates on progress of implementation.Organization – Understand and ensure adherence to the Enterprise Records Management and Governance Policy. Build relationships within the Administration team to support and set timelines of destruction activities.Who you areYou’re passionate about people.
