They develop an architectural vision that is aligned with business objectives to steer, execute, and sustain the architectural direction of the platforms in order to meet the organization’s requirements..What You’ll be Doing:

• Design, develop, and maintain the platform for the architectural runway.
• Identifies opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation.
• Defines the platform strategy to align with the overall business strategy.
• Creates the platform roadmap to align with the overall business strategy.
• Works to ensure the platform meets the needs of the organization.
• Support multiple value streams through broader context, use and requirements of solution with enterprise guidance.
• Oversees the platform by architecting end-to-end technological solutions across domains
• Technical consultant for peer groups on integration of platforms.
• Knowledge leader on how the various technological components work together to deliver the desired functionality (technical and business) for the platform.

What You Bring with You (Qualifications):

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Business Information Systems, Engineering or related discipline or equivalent work experience and technical training is
• required.
• Any SAFe certification (SSM, SASM, SA, SPC, SPMPO) is preferred
• ITIL Foundations certification is preferred.
• 5+ years’ experience in platform design, development, implementation, and maintenance of architecture runway.
• Knowledge of project management techniques is required (cross-functional experience is highly desirable).
• Experience maturing platforms through continuous improvement and innovation.
• Technical team leadership experience.
• Experience in Scaled Agile framework is preferred.
• Ability to drive the transformation and management of one or more technology platform architectures.
• Identify and evaluate platform risks to define mitigation and control activities.
• Expertise in one or more in technical platforms and technologies such as cloud-based platforms and distributed computing technologies
• Experience with multiple, diverse technical configurations, technologies, and processing environments.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation.
• Knowledge of all components of a technical architecture.
• Ability to understand the long-term (“big picture”) and short-term perspectives of situations.
• Translates business needs into technical architecture requirements.
• Ability to design simple, resilient, maintainable, and evolvable solutions.
• Maintains the stability and usability of the platform across production and non-production environments.
• Collaborate with team members to determine best practices and requirements for software.
• Use a proactive approach to common challenges and by continually researching best practices.
• Understands and manages security (user/group access, administration, access control lists, etc.)
• Provides configuration assistance to developers.
• Ensures platform alignment with the business strategy.
• Breadth of knowledge in technologies and platforms.
• Communicates IT requirements and guidelines to vendor partners.
• Estimates financial impact of technical architecture alternatives.
• Applies multiple technical solutions to business problems.
• Quickly comprehends the functions and capabilities of new technology.
• Excellent written and oral communications skills.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
