Administrator – Barnardo’s Highland ServicesOur Highland Services are looking to recruit a full time Administrator to join our Team.Barnardo’s have a number of services In Highland which support Children, Families and young people. The successful candidate will work closely with the Management team to support the day to day running of the services.This role will involve the following:

  • General Office Support
  • Management of Service User Files
  • Financial Operations including processing of purchase orders and invoices, budget management support and petty cash management
  • Oversight of Health and Safety
  • Support with Record Keeping and Audits
  • Minute taking when required

  • Experience in Financial administration
  • Competence in using Microsoft Software (Excel, One note, Word and Dynamics 365)
  • Good Organisational Skills
  • The ability to work to deadlines
