  • Manage and oversee all warehouse activities, ensure efficient processes, and maximize warehouse productivity.
  • Manage all aspects of the Distribution Center including training employees; plan, assign, and direct work; evaluate performance timely and constructively; reward and recognize employees; address complaints and resolve problems.
  • This role will manage all warehouse employees, coordinate logistical processes, ensure the quality and accuracy of goods, and prepare relevant documentation.
  • Ensure all warehouse and distribution functions operate productively and efficiently.
  • Perform daily inspections of the warehouse facility and ensure basic maintenance standards are met and in compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate and maintain fleets and equipment.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Additional Qualifications Include:

  • Minimum of 5-years of experience in a distribution or warehousing environment in a leadership role
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business, management, logistics, or related field preferred.
  • Leadership experience in Operations and Distribution; experience dealing with Fulfillment, Logistics, Production, Supply Chain and Demand Distribution
  • Knowledgeable of safety, quality, productivity, demand creation and inventory planning/capacity planning
  • Familiarity with industry standard equipment and technical expertise
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to create accountability and to lead by example.
  • Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills
  • A high level of integrity, a strong work ethic, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to maintaining the company core values and culture.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Evidence of professional maturity, self-confidence, and executive presence.
