Our vision is to create a reception/concierge service that’s unique, bespoke and tailored to our clients’ requirements with a focus on superb customer service.About the role:You will be responsible for full management of service delivery across a prestigious multi-site portfolio in Central London and the South of England. The role is critical in supporting and developing our day-to-day frontline operational workforce to ensure RUK continue to excel in excellent service delivery to exceed customer expectations through a seamless team approach.Key activities and responsibilities:People/Management:

  • Being adept in managing a large workforce spanned across multiple sites and locations.
  • A strong passion for staff training and development and the ability to motivate staff to be their best.
  • Ensure that all personnel are inducted, and site trained before deployment with regular appraisals throughout their working life with the company.
  • Liaising with client contacts and site Managers in the planning and management of employee holidays, sickness, and conduct.
  • Regular liaison with GUK Payroll in the resolution of pay queries.
  • Ensuring that all personnel are properly equipped and that all uniform is ordered.
  • To liaise with client representatives to ensure that monthly KPI’s are exceeded, and client expectations fulfilled.
  • Regular communication with external organisations, Police and Emergency services – and keeping clients and staff updated with any new issues in threat levels.
  • Site administration to include compliance with the requirements of the SIA Approved Contractor Scheme and Business Licensing.
  • Ensure H&S compliance and site-specific training for all deployed security personnel.
  • Completion of regular staff reports and analysis.
  • To carry out regular site risk assessments and ensure site documentation is up to date.
  • Introduce Newsletters, events and manage social media activity for all RUK sites.
  • Duty manager responsibility on rotational basis.
  • To manage recruitment, selection, and deployment for FOH personnel.

Financial Control Responsibilities:

  • Managing expenditure within their area maintaining individual site profitability.
  • Prepare and present monthly and quarterly tender presentations.
  • Budgeting for recruitment expenditure, uniforms, services, and consumables.
  • Purchasing internal/external equipment
  • Commercial awareness with demonstrably evidence of developing new business.
  • Experience of working in a highly innovative environment where sustainability and charitable initiatives are high on the agenda.

Customer relations management:

  • You will have demonstrable experience of delivering service excellence and cement existing stakeholder relationships.
  • Monthly face-to-face meetings with client decision makers.
  • Liaise with client’s monthly basis to obtain feedback on current service delivery and to identify new opportunities.
  • Management of client and staff relationships to ensure SLA and KPI are achieved in a timely and professional manner.

Person Specification Requirements:

  • Proven 3 years’ experience in contract and account management, in corporate, hospitality front of house or services or recruitment industry.
  • Strong customer service and client relationship experience.
  • Workforce planning and management.
  • Experience of meeting reporting deadlines on a monthly or quarterly basis.
  • Excellent written and oral skills in English.
  • Managing SLA’s and KPI’s with experience in identifying cost saving measures.
  • Experience of communicating at all levels (in writing, briefs, and presentations).
  • Financial and budgetary management.
  • Understanding of building management and associated health and safety requirements.
