Not forgetting the great salary package and remote working! …ABOUTYour primary role will be to handle voice and non-voice contact with our customers (approx. 30% telephone based), also processing requests through our systems.Please note this role involves shift work, with a 5% shift allowance included in your pay package. You will work a 4-week pattern with opportunities for overtime, paid at an increased rate, depending on operational requirements.Your pattern will look similar to the below, however, can be subject to change.Week 1: 10am – 6pm (weekend off)Week 2: 8am – 4:30pm (1 weekday off, Saturday and Sunday working 9am – 5pm)Week 3: 8am – 4pm (1 weekday off, weekend off)Week 4: 1pm – 8pm (weekend off)You will have a passion for customers and the ability to plan, prioritise and execute your own workload. You will deal with a wide variety of customer activity such as inbound and outbound phone calls, enquiries, complaints, and technical support requests.KEY SKILLS

  • Handling an array of administrative activity, you will thrive on ownership and resolving problems at first point of contact for customers.
  • Uses new technology and systems both current and emerging to improve efficiency and quality of processes.
  • Customer experience and team working is at the heart of this role, so it’s likely you will have this in abundance along with a strong sense of ownership and ability to plan your own workload.
  • A good attention to detail and maintaining an acceptable standard of data quality.
  • You will consistently achieve strong results, through being agile and making smart decisions and delivering on your promises.
  • You will look ahead to anticipate problems and use your judgement and insight to influence positive change.
  • You will work well as an individual but also as part of a wider team, delivering our business targets and objectives.
