Job Views 5DescriptionWe are seeking an EXPERIENCED and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join the team at a Special Educational Needs school in Blackpool. As a vital member of the team, you will provide invaluable support to students with diverse learning needs.Location: BlackpoolHours: 8:30am-3.30pm, Monday-FridayRate: £83-£90 per dayYour role will involve:

• Assisting with classroom activities
• Providing one-on-one support
• Fostering a supportive learning environment

Requirements:

• Experience working with individuals with special educational needs is essential
• Ideally will have relevant qualifications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
