Responsible for the creation, maintenance, and execution of CM360/digital campaigns. Traffic implementation of creative media with tags to digital vendors, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. Logistical setup and management of internal and external communications involving: creative assets, nomenclature, rotational executions, third-party ad serving and tracking, tagging setup, creative assignment, and revisions for digital campaigns.Core Accountabilities:
- Serve as a trafficking expert owning the setup, implementation, management, execution, and QA of digital media campaigns, while maintaining a high quality standard for the Ad Operations department to ensure 100% accuracy and to exceed client expectations.
- Monitor campaign delivery to ensure campaigns are running as expected and targeting objectives are met, including assisting digital teams with inquiries and providing troubleshooting support for trafficking issues related to creative, publisher implementation, and escalating to third-party vendors when necessary.
- In addition, the Specialist, must have a strong understanding of ad-serving capabilities, rich media, VAST/V-PAID implementation, mobile implementation, creative process, dynamic ads, tasks involved in campaign implementation and execution, and digital media planning and buying process.
- Collaborate with team members by providing guidance on how to continually improve operational processes, supporting systems and communication channels where needed.
- Liaise with internal and external teams through day-to-day and more specialized projects.
- Work with Traffic team on streaming video campaigns to include campaign setup in Innovid. Hands-on knowledge of streaming video trafficking sheets, including the understanding and implementation of client taxonomy.
- Work with Traffic and Analytics to investigate, troubleshoot, and correct errors in reporting for digital campaigns streaming video and DRTV (i.e., Nielsen).
- Develop working understanding of DRTV processes, the various departments involved, and their roles in the overall process.
- Assist Traffic team when needed.
Academic/Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
Required Skills/Experience:
- Expert in Microsoft Excel, third-party ad servers, and technology solutions: Google Campaign Manager/CM360, Innovid, IAS, MOAT, Nielsen, ComScore, etc.
- Authority of all technical issues involved in running online ad campaigns (including trafficking of remarketing capabilities, VAST/In-Stream Video, Rich Media and Audio)
- A strong understanding of digital advertising, especially the role that Ad Ops plays, and a critical point of view on the various organizational structures and working practices that can be employed to deliver success
- A strong work ethic: able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and deliver results
- Well-developed organizational and project management skills, to ensure you can keep on top of your own workload and assist the team
- Fine-tuned communication, presentation, and influencing skills, with an ability to think creatively and present in a manner that inspires and excites
- Provide an additional layer of support to the Traffic Team as a whole in any offline television matters that may arise, such as but not limited to, logs, procedures, trafficking, etc.
- Work with Traffic Manager to develop procedures in Ad Ops and give insight into day-to-day matters to build support within the Traffic department
Highly Desired
- Experience with one or more ad servers, tag management systems, or trading platforms: CM360, Innovid, The Trade Desk, Spectra, Display and Video 360, Tealium, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Dynamic Tag Manager
- Prior experience interacting directly with clients, agencies, or publishers
- 2+ years working in online advertising industry, with a focus on trafficking and operations
