Read on for more details about this exciting opportunityThe OpportunityTrócaire’s Donor Services Team in Northern Ireland sits within the Ireland Division and engages in donor care and income processing. As the Donor Services Assistant, you will support our work by delivering excellent donor care via various communications means, process all income for the region accurately, while collaborating with the overall Northern Ireland team. This is an interesting and varied role for a skilled, experienced administrator who possesses great attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills. You will work as part of a supportive, hard working and collaborative team with a focus on delivering results. This is a part-time job (3 days a week, preferably 2 days between Monday and Wednesday, plus Thursday) and is based in Belfast (fully office based). The salary for this role is £24,117.41.We are looking for someone with at least one year’s experience in administration, customer/donor care, data input and working with a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) such as Salesforce.The successful candidate will possess great attention to detail, excellent communication skills (both written and oral), be able to demonstrate good time management, data input, organisation and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
