Responsibilities:
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Answering incoming calls from clients and customers
- Maintenance of the organisations customer relationship management systems to ensure they’re up-to-date and GDPR compliant
- Billing of members and visiting parties
- Delivery of the corporate marketing plan – to include website updates, social media management, and production of printed materials
- Maintenance of the organisations calendar to ensure it is up-to-date at all times
- Work with the social committee to publicise events, book entertainers, and encourage member attendance
Personal Specification:
- Strong knowledge of golf
- Previous use of golf management software, such as BRS and Club Systems V1
- Excellent communication skills – both oral and written
- Proven IT skills – including use of Microsoft Office software and CRM systems
- Experience of work in a busy office environment
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- A flexible and can-do attitude to deal with a diverse and rapidly evolving workload
