In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide outstanding client support and establish lasting relationships with our valued clients. As a Client Support Agent, you will act as a crucial point of contact for our clients, demonstrating your in-depth knowledge of our products and back-office processes to effectively resolve any issues that arise.At CWB, we believe in the power of people and the value of connections. We foster a collaborative and inclusive culture where everyone’s unique perspectives and contributions are valued.What you’ll be doingAct as the secondary point of contact and resolution between clients and Motive, ensuring excellent client support through your comprehensive product and back-office knowledge.Provide support to the client relationship team by completing back-office tasks, contributing to the delivery of Motive Financial products to clients and prospects.Open new client accounts and ensure that all documentation meets required specifications.Maintain the Motive Financial general inbox, promptly and professionally responding to all emails.Prepare and monitor daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.Perform detailed client and account maintenance and updates that require a deep understanding of existing back-office procedures.Collaborate with other departments within CWBFG to provide support and assistance to both Motive clients and relationship team agents.Complete all assigned regulatory tasks and proactively identify any existing gaps in processes.Provide peer-to-peer coaching to ensure a consistent understanding of all processes and procedures within the Motive team.Ensure strict adherence to policies and procedures to optimize the effectiveness of Motive’s retail administration and align with regulatory requirements in all areas of retail banking and operations.Successful incumbentFour (4) or more years of back-office experience, preferably in a banking environment.Experience in operations, process, and general administration is an asset.Exceptional conflict resolution and objection handling skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to make informed decisions within established timelines, considering various factors and risks.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Why work with us?Proudly recognized by Great Place to Work® in 2024 as one of Canada’s top 50 Best Workplaces & member of Waterstone Human Capital’s Most Admired Corporate Culture™ Hall of Fame.Wellness matters.
