pressure and consistently deliver results, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive coverageWorking with colleagues and provide on-call support to help deliver reliable, pro-active, integrated observability platformsWhat you’ll bring:Experience with scripting, SQL, REST APIs, webhooksExperience with automated notification tools such as PagerDuty and application performance, real-user and synthetic transaction monitoring tools such as DynatraceExperience in delivering, measuring and reporting on continual service improvement initiatives in an ITIL environmentAwareness of DevOps principles and ALM tools, including use of Ansible, Jira, Confluence, GIT HUB, automation toolsSolid knowledge of Windows, Unix and Linux and data centre estateAnalytical & problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholdersIt would also be nice for you to have:ITSM tool familiarity and integration methodsDatabase AdministrationCloud native Coverage and AWSWhat else you need to know:We want our people to thrive at work and home, and we recognise that many people benefit from flexible arrangements.
