As a Training Development Administrator, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. The TDS Delivery Support Admin clerk is responsible to the Admin Manager for providing administrative support. Ensuring all deadlines and required work are completed to support the recruits and trainers as needed.Day-to-day, you’ll support the Recruit Training Squadron Admin Manager, and the Squadron Administration Office, deliver daily administration in support of recruits and training delivery, as well as:

  • Support pre-course administration and delivery activities, including recruit account registration on the Defence Online Learning Portal, known as the Defence Learning Environment.
  • Administer and support the Squadrons Management in maintaining quality records, including the management of records and training procedures, staff and recruit documentation, and archiving.
  • Support the administration of training data collection in support of the Admin Manager.
  • Support information and communication delivery across the Squadron.

This role is Full time and based onsite at RAF Halton. The position is 25 hours. Mon-Fri 09:00hrs-14:00hrs.Essential experience of the Training Development Administrator:

  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, customer focused environment
  • Able to prioritise. Proactive and work using own initiative.
  • Good knowledge of general office administrative processes and activities. Strong communicator; verbal & written.
  • Experienced in the use of Microsoft Office packages including excel.
  • Knowledge of the Military / Royal Air Force. Desirable not essential
