Brightwork Recruitment have an excellent opportunity for a skilled Administrator to join our fast-paced public sector client in Glasgow on a temporary basis.The role requires the successful candidate to work closely with the team, assisting through a busy period, working full time hours, Monday – Friday.Duties will include:
- General administration duties.
- Maintaining and checking internal databases and manual filling systems.
- Responding to internal and external stakeholders within a timely manner.
- Producing reports as required and presenting to the line manager.
- Assisting with a high volume of requests/enquiries coming into the team via email and calls.
The successful candidate will:
- Have previous experience working in a high-speed administrative role.
- Can prioritise tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Have great communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Have a familiar understanding of all MS packages.
