Are you passionate about making a positive impact on young lives?Tradewind Recruitment is currently looking for an experienced and enthusiastic graduate to join a lovely secondary school in Trafford as a teaching assistant!This is a full-time role, 5 days a week, paying up to £100 a day.The Role:
- Support students within the classroom, providing tailored guidance and encouragement.
- Supporting small groups and working one-to-one with students with additional needs including SEMH, ASD, behavioural needs, and ADHD.
- Collaborate with teachers and deliver small group instruction,
- promote a nurturing, inclusive atmosphere. Help students build confidence and a passion for learning.
Ideal candidates will have strong curriculum knowledge and will ensure the support they deliver is of excellent quality using innovative and engaging approaches.Experience in roles such as a Sports or Activities Coach in football, basketball, rugby, cricket, athletics, gymnastics, badminton, and tennis is often highly transferable experience for supporting behavioural issues.The School:

Requirements:
- Previous children-based work experience
- Have an enhanced DBS certificate (or happy to apply for a new one)
- Able to provide a CV with a full education and work history
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of the UK Schools curriculum and proficiency in core subjects
- Ability to adapt to different learning needs and styles
- Commitment to supporting student development and well-being
