Job description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. The role will indirectly support another Sr. Manager on the team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading budget and forecast for various departments, providing financial insights and analysis to support decision-making, identifying, and monitoring key KPIs, developing financial models. The Senior Financial Analyst will collaborate with other departments and HQ to improve financial performance and support strategic initiatives and recommend corrective action to meet financial targets.Your Tasks – Paint the world green
- Actively drive various forecast, annual budget, and long-term plan processes
- Create timely, accurate, and standardize global reporting that is easy to replicate and maintain across brands
- Serve as the finance business partner to various indirect functions, legal, HR, Public Relations, etc.
- Prepare consolidated and brand level variance reporting/analysis that bridges various planning and actual scenarios.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making
- Analyze financial data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and risk mitigation
- Review month end results, forecast and budget assumptions, and challenge results based on business performance
- Create and maintain financial reports for management and stakeholders as well as provide financial guidance and support to other departments
- Identify and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure financial and operational performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial performance and support strategic initiatives
- Continuously challenge, streamline, and simplify current processes
Your Profile – Ready to hop on board
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ professional experience in corporate FP&A, operational finance, consulting, or related field
- Understanding of and experience with key financial concepts, including but not limited to the financial statements, cash flow, NPV, and ROI
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and trends
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain financial information to non-financial stakeholders
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling software
- Ability to work with large dataset and reconciliation
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to navigating between competing priorities, quickly identify and manage prioritization, be able to meet business deliverables
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field
- Oracle Fusion, Adaptive Insights, JD Edwards and Hyperion Planning proficiency
- Knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, SEC regulations
- Experience in PE background company with international business presence
