  • Support team’s Investment Management Operations and Wealth Management Strategy. Provide Wealth Management recommendations and solutions when appropriate
  • Coordinate meetings and events for the Investment Advisor with clients and prospects: help determine agenda and key topics, prepare documentation, execute post-meeting work.
  • Attend client meetings when required and execute post meeting follow-up
  • Trading and portfolio rebalancing support.
  • Provide proactive client service with a problem-resolution focus and attention to details. Liaise with various departments for execution, where necessary.
  • Support the administrative functions of the advisory team.
  • Support your advisory team with new client acquisition.
  • Respond to client account inquiries and remain accountable to follow-up, as required.
  • Help build and execute business plans, client segmentation, and client service plans.
  • Identify and execute opportunities among existing client base for asset consolidation, referrals, etc.
  • Co-manage client acquisition pipeline (prospects / leads); work with advisory team to close new opportunities.
  • Deepen existing relationships with Centers of Influence (COIs) through ongoing management.
  • Maintain audit of Wealth Management activities and priorities

What do you need to succeed?Must-have

  • Completion of the CSC and CPH
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skill
  • Strong skills working with business applications/technology, including Microsoft Office Suite

Nice-to-have

  • Successful completion of the Wealth Management Essentials (WME) course Approval as a Registered Representative (RR) with IIROC
  • 4 years or more of professional experience within the investment industry
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Highly developed client service skills
