• Business Development: Engaging with both established and prospective businesses to enhance relationships and map the local business landscape.
• Candidate Sourcing: Identifying potential candidates using job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Job Postings: Crafting and managing advertisements to attract suitable candidates.
• Screening: Conducting initial interviews to evaluate candidates’ suitability.
• Interview Coordination: Organising interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Database Management: Updating and maintaining candidate information with utmost accuracy and confidentiality.
• Administrative Support: Providing essential support to the recruitment team, including document preparation.
• Market Research: Keeping abreast of industry trends to improve recruitment strategies.
