You will be a key contributor and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop policies, guidelines, and procedures that align with regulatory standards.At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role you’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote.How You’ll SucceedRelationship Management – Relationship manager and collaborative consultant with business partners for all matters relating to data governance. Understand, review and document feedback on the evolving Data Governance program and its operationalization. Manage relationships , as well as project and initiative, within the Administration Functional Group.Business Management – Support the Data Governance team, work in a fast paced environment including the documentation and maintenance of materials that support the data governance implementation including procedure documents. Identify and implement opportunities for improving the efficiency of processes.Understand Requirements – Conduct analysis of processes and functional or reporting requirements to document, communicate the best practices to stakeholders. Support the definition, development, and ongoing measurement of quality metrics ensuring compliance with data related policies and standards.Who You AreYour influence makes an impact.
