Based in our Cambridge office, this internship offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our team’s mission and gain valuable experience in technical documentation and training.What you’ll be doingWe are seeking a talented individual to join us for a 10-12 week internship during the summer. Based in our Cambridge office, this internship offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our team’s mission and gain valuable experience in technical documentation and training.
- Develop new material for tutorials and workflows, integrating the latest application changes into existing documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure accuracy, clarity, and effectiveness of all documentation and training materials.
- Assist in producing end-user documentation, tutorials, and technical information for various web applications.
What you’ll bring
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Proactive, communicative, and creative personality.
- Ability to take on new challenges independently and work effectively as part of a team.
