Working as part of the IT Directorate, the Enterprise Systems team ensures effective operation, administration and maintenance of RBG Kew’s business-related systems on a daily basis providing almost 365 cover. (PDF, 89.75kb)More detailsAccountabilities:– Comprehensive Solution Engineering– Cross-Platform Integration– Thorough Documentation Management– Testing and Validation– Deployment– Compliance and SecurityEssential:– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.– Certifications related to Dynamics 365 Customer Experience (CE) and/or Power-Platform.– Previous demonstrable experience working with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE)– Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant programming languages.– Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CE data model, architecture, and business processes.This role is based at Kew with the option of regular home working, subject to operational requirements.The Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew (RBG Kew) is a leading plant science institute, UNESCO World Heritage Site, and major visitor attraction.
