Working as part of the IT Directorate, the Enterprise Systems team ensures effective operation, administration and maintenance of RBG Kew’s business-related systems on a daily basis providing almost 365 cover. (PDF, 83.25kb)More detailsAccountabilities:Lead the implementation and ongoing enhancement of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and FSCM platforms according to organisational needs.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to analyse business processes, identify areas for improvement, and ensure solutions meet user requirements.Develop and maintain detailed documentation of the CRM and FSCM systems, including configuration settings and customisations.Essential:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field.Proven experience in functional consulting with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.Microsoft Dynamics Customer Experience Functional Consultant Certification (MB-230 or related).Strong understanding of business processes related to customer relationship management and financial management.Demonstrable track record of successful project delivery in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.This role is based at Kew with the option of regular home working, subject to operational requirements.The Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew (RBG Kew) is a leading plant science institute, UNESCO World Heritage Site, and major visitor attraction.
