Function as a channel of communication and collaboration between EP SII and partners.

  • Operations Coordinator for EP UL/ANSI Apparatus to focus on Sivagear LVS and SWB
  • Lead and organization of all Partners’ processes to optimize scheduling, manpower, lead times, costing, production processes of Sivagear, material management, import and export of materials, must buys and finished products.
  • Work directly with Sivagear Program Manager to optimize Sivagear Program.

You will make impact with the following responsibilities:

  • Improve Partners’ DR.
  • Improving quote responses within 5 days or less
  • Improve lead times to be better than GP by at least 6 weeks.
  • Identify and develop new actions to increase Partner’s performance and reduce lead times.
  • Creating scores cards/metrics to track
  • Inventory
  • Manpower (to build apparatus)
  • Actual DR partner
  • Create a production plan that includes 3rd party, MBP, WL Breakers & Cradles and any other key component.
  • Identify and report any process plan deviations that can put deliveries on risk.
  • Optimize operating Partner’s costs to increase profitability and competitiveness of Sivagear solutions.

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
  • 10 plus years of experience in Sivagear operations management or related field.
  • Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Must have and maintain an international passport for extensive travel throughout North America, South America, and Germany.
  • Willing and open to relocate to Dallas, TX, USA.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certificate in Foreign Trade at an accredited university.
  • Expertise in strategic sourcing and supplier management.
  • Knowledgeable in with contract negotiations and vendor relationship management.
  • Experience with procurement process optimization.
  • Extensive experience with ERP Systems (SAP).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Have strong understanding and relationship with the SIVAGEAR Program.

  • The pay range for this position is $85,500 – $146,600. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
