Experience Needed:

• Proven leadership experience in a senior role within a school setting
• A track record of successful school improvement initiatives and raising standards of achievement
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and strategic planning skills
• Strong understanding of current educational policies, practices, and developments
• Qualified Teacher Status and relevant leadership qualifications (NPQH or equivalent)
