You’ll oversee the curriculum areas of Hair & Beauty, Business, Health & Childcare and Sport & Public Services. Your role involves driving high-quality teaching and learning, fostering pedagogical innovation, and developing our talented team. You’ll also enhance our curriculum by collaborating with employers and internal partners to meet emerging skills needs in Oxfordshire and beyond.Key Responsibilities:Provide strategic direction and leadership for the faculty.Ensure high-quality teaching and learning.Lead pedagogical innovation and curriculum development.Build strong relationships with employers and internal partners.About You:We seek a strong leader and role model with a proven track record in FE management and team leadership. You should excel at developing staff, providing clear direction, and fostering a positive culture.
