A primary school in Oldham is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Stage 2 Behaviour Mentor to join their team. The school take great pride in being able to provide bespoke education that caters to each student’s unique needs.Responsibilities:Provide individual support for pupils with SEMH needs.Work cohesively with the SEND team to differentiate appropriately pitched work.Deliver targeted interventions to improve emotional development.Provide a safe and engaging learning space for children to access work.Provide regular updates to the class teacher and senior leadership team.Attend and contribute to meetings, training, and professional development opportunities.Requirements:Experience of working with primary aged children, particularly in the area of behaviour and emotional well-beingStrong communication and interpersonal skillsA proactive and positive attitudeA relevant teaching qualification or equivalent experienceHold a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualificationDoes this sound like a role for you?
