OverviewJob Summary:Complex Human Resources Manager is a critical role in our organization, reporting directly to the Complex HR Director. You will lead and oversee the human resources operations, ensuring they align with our business strategies and objectives. This position encompasses a broad range of HR responsibilities, including talent acquisition, learning and development, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and performance management.Job SpecificationsOnsite: Black Desert Resort / Red Mountain ResortShift & Schedule Availability: Year Round / Full TimeThe budgeted range starts at $85,000 – $100,000 + annual bonus. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.Job Responsibilities but not limited:
- Implement HR strategies and initiatives in line with the overall business strategy under the guidance of the HR Director.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
- Support the recruitment process to ensure consistency and fairness in hiring practices.
- Support business needs through the development and motivation of human capital.
- Develop and administer HR policies and procedures across the organization.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.
- Ensure legal compliance with various HR regulations.
- Mentor staff and foster an environment of continuous learning and development.
- Support the Complex HRD with the management of the multiple outlet HR department
Responsibilities
- Extensive experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR role.
- Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field; HR certification is a plus.
