Are you passionate about supporting vulnerable children in education with SEN, but worried you might not have enough hands-on experience?Are you looking to work in a primary school that can offer SEN training?Tradewind are very lucky to be working alongside a brilliant mainstream primary school based in Westminster, who are on the search for committed SEN Teaching Assistants to support in their Early Years department.About the school:

About the role:
- Full-time (Monday to Friday)
- Long-term role commencing in September 2024 and will last until at least July 2025
- You will be required to support groups moderate and severe learning difficulties
- Pupils will be ages 4 – 5 years
- Incorporate the EYFS curriculum and “learning through play”
- You may be required to lead intervention group sessions
- Work 1:1 with pupils who require extra support
- Encourage the use of visual learning materials
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 months’ experience working with children
- SEN experience / understanding is ideal but not essential
- Confident and willing to support children with complex needs is essential
- Must be available full-time and long-term from September 2024
