As a responsible asset manager, we actively invest for the long-term to help our clients, our people and the world to prosper.As a future Impact and ESG Analyst, you will report to Head of ESG & Impact Research, and you will be part of AXA IM Core.DISCOVER your opportunitySupport equity portfolio managers by performing impact and ESG assessments on investee companies. Contribute to the growth of our sustainable and impact strategies.Your role and responsibilities will include:

  • Prepare impact assessments on investee companies, analysing their positive and negative contributions to the Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations.
  • Prepare ESG assessments on investee companies, analysing the main risks and opportunities arising from Environmental, Social and Governance factors.
  • Support equity portfolio managers by providing high-quality ESG and impact research.
  • Conduct engagements with investee companies to drive improvements in their sustainability practices.
  • Participate in meetings with clients and prospects to present our company assessments and research methodology.
  • Perform other tasks and projects as assigned from time to time.

QualificationsSHARE your unique expertiseWe welcome different combinations of skills & experiences.Your qualifications and experience:

  • Solid academic background; preferably BSc or MSc in a finance or ESG related subject.
  • Experience in a research analyst position (ESG research, equity research or credit research).

Your knowledge and skills:

  • General knowledge of sustainability trends and financial markets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and thoroughness.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively.
  • Strength of conviction and constructive mindset.
