The candidate will lead a cross-functional group focused on this dynamic market. The cross functional team will consist of project management, business development, application engineering, pricing, and operations. The program manager will report directly to the head of the business segment and will not have direct reports.The program manager will be the key business contact for the identified customer accounts.You will make impact with the following responsibilities:
- Ensure the development and management of this program, follow appropriate practices, and follow necessary processes.
- Prioritize projects with input from product management, manufacturing, and standards organizations.
- Key metrics for the role include order intake, revenue, profit, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction.
- Support internal and external customers with product and technical expertise as needed.
You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:Basic Qualifications:
- BS Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Degree; Business or related field/experience.
- The successful candidate will have 15+ years of experience in the data center industry with demonstrated skills in program management.
- Proficient with MS-Office applications.
- Travel required will be less than 25%.
- Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail oriented, analytical thinker combined with strong organizational skills.
- Team oriented personality who can support multiple projects simultaneously from multiple product development teams.
- Ability to motivate and engage others to deliver results.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across the business to resolve issues.
- Passionate commitment to the company vision.
