Due to growth, they now have an exciting vacancy for a Trainee Executive Search/Recruitment ConsultantAs a successful Trainee Executive Search Consultant, you can expect:

• A starting base salary of 25-28k
• First-year uncapped earnings exceeding 30k

As a Trainee Executive Search Consultant, you will:

• Cover the full spectrum of executive recruitment, focusing initially on candidate research and generation
• Receive the very best in training, working alongside experienced and successful Consultants
• Strategically target prospects
• Manage database integrity
• Research, map out, and gather data on market segments, and key “movers and shakers”
• Effectively manage multiple projects
• Add to the atmosphere of a dynamic office

The ideal Trainee Executive Search Consultant will demonstrate the following:

• A recent degree
• A portfolio of achievements (academic, sporting, extracurricular etc)
• Prior experience in a relevant market (recruitment, not-for-profit, arts, etc,)
• A highly professional approach
• First-class communication and presentation skills
• High degrees of motivation, drive, commitment, and commercial awareness
• A positive and proactive attitude,
• Project management, research, and analytical skills
• Gravitas and a go-getter mentality
• Strong organisational skills
