What the client is looking forThis role requires a candidate who is capable of following the school’s visions and values including the passion for lifelong learning and to be equipped for their role as global citizens. In addition to this the headteacher asks the candidate to provide on the best and innovative environment for the pupils, teachers and families. It’s essential the candidate is extremely knowledgeable with the EYFS curriculum as well as encouraging the children to have: respect for both themselves and others; resilience to life’s challenges; high self-esteem; and to live and work cooperatively with others.Working with Long-term Teachers:We are an independent agency working with Nurseries, Primary, Secondary and Special Schools.LTT was founded with the aim of creating a genuine, transparent and straightforward service to help candidates secure their next role.
