The administrator will be key in ensuring smooth operations in the estimating/production department.
- Manage and coordinate department schedules and appointments.
- Assist in the development of production plans and schedules.
- Support the team in administrative tasks such as document management and correspondence.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
