Job SummaryJob DescriptionWhat is the opportunity?The Senior Manager, Digital Marketing Technology will be working with various technical and business stakeholders to design and deliver highly scalable digital marketing solutions for capturing leads and for communications to clients and prospects across various RBC systems. As part of this role you will operate as subject matter expert, solution consultant and relationship manager for various projects.Reporting to the Director, Digital Marketing Technology, you will be working with many cross-functional teams on various projects to deliver solutions by finding efficiencies and opportunities for marketing optimization and enhanced customer experience to increase conversion and drive channel penetration.What will you do?Build a relationship with business and technical partners to design the approach that enables the business solution, also develop requirements and recommendations for improvement.Drive working sessions with project teams to ensure expectations and direction are aligned and timelines are being met. Identify additional product/service opportunities.Perform detailed analysis and maps functional and data requirements to ensure end to end solution meets project objectives. Leads documentation and presents solutions to cross functional team members from multiple technology and business units.Provide proactive coaching to the team and recommend continuous improvement of processes to optimize team productivity, driving change and influenceProvide schedule, estimates for projects and enhancements including risk based provisions, and status updatesSupport BA in preparing user stories based on priority and grooming the backlog. Support QA in preparing Functional Test cases, coordinate UAT Test plan and PIV test plan.Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements. Manage competing priorities ensuring successful completion of key projects in flight and initiation of new projectsServe as a liaison between business partners, stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure clear, timely and accurate communication.Able to deal with the ambiguity associated with working in a fast paced and changing environmentWhat do you need to succeed?Must have:2+ years of experience in digital marketing, campaign management or comparable experience3+ years of experience in software development and/or project management and/or business (system) analysis and quality documentationAdministration and Testing experience on Salesforce Sales cloudStrong Written and Oral Communications skillsAnalytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
