All of our cylinder gases are available in a variety of sizes, ranging from small portable cylinders through to high capacity cylinder packs.For over 60 years we have provided the best industrial gas supply and service, we continue to strive to exceed our customer’s expectations every day.We pride ourselves on offering a responsive, high quality and local service.How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?Our Apprenticeship programme offers the opportunity for both face-to-face and virtual training to learn the skills and knowledge required for the role. You’ll pick up the ropes from a role model who you will shadow and work with for the duration of your apprenticeship.As an Apprentice with us you’ll be fully supported to achieve a nationally recognised qualification by the end of apprenticeship with Air Liquide. You will attend college which is funded by the business and the remainder of the time you will be fully supported by an experienced member of the team, learning all about how we deliver outstanding service, making you an expert in your field. We’ll also assign you a buddy and assessor to guide you through your day-to-day tasks.Do you put the safety of yourself and others first, are you a people person who believes in the importance of delivering a best in class customer service, are you looking for a career as a heavy goods driver working for an innovative world leader?We are looking to recruit an apprentice who will learn the fundamentals of our cylinder gases business whilst obtaining their HGV C+E licence, with our experienced driver training instructors and master drivers there to support you along the way.
- Loading and unloading vehicles for each days delivery schedules
- Delivering our large range of packaged gases to a diverse customer base
- Working with a strong team ethic supporting colleagues when required
- Offering a first class service to both internal and external customers.
- Having an attention to detail when completing administration tasks
- Operating safety first mindset maintaining our excellent reputation.
Are you a MATCH?
- Minimum Level 4 in English and Maths
- Have a real drive and motivation to manage your learning and working life.
- Hold a full clean UK driving licence.
- Be focused, well organised, have excellent time management skills and have the dedication to succeed.
- Have great teamwork skills but also be able to work independently, putting customers at the heart of everything you do.
- Communicate effectively and be able to challenge when a problem arises.
- Be a champion for Health & Safety within the workplace for both you and your colleagues, helping us maintain our great reputation.
- The ability to remain focused whilst working alone, maintaining attention to detail.
