We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Computer Science Teacher to join a progressive secondary school in the dynamic town of Totton.The Role:As a Computer Science Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and high-quality lessons to students across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5. Your role will be pivotal in fostering a deep understanding of technology and programming, ensuring students are well-equipped for the future.Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver innovative and effective Computer Science lessons
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement a robust Computer Science curriculum
• Stay current with advancements in technology and integrate them into teaching practices
• Participate in extracurricular activities and school events as needed

About You:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• A degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Computer Science
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills
• Commitment to continuous professional development
• Experience teaching Computer Science at secondary level is desirable but not essential
