About the RoleAs a Teaching Assistant at Tipton Green College, you will work with diverse young people, helping them achieve positive learning outcomes despite challenges they may face.Responsibilities
- Support students in their educational and social development
- Assist inside and outside the classroom to ensure full engagement in activities
- Set up activities using technology or adjust the environment as needed
- Support teachers, engage with students, provide learning support, and manage classroom situations positively
- Provide personalised learning support to students as needed
