Job SummaryJob DescriptionWhat is the opportunity?As the Senior Manager of Technology & Operations (T&O) Partnerships, you build and lead strategic relationships with external industry partners and academic institutions. In this role, you will oversee the full spectrum of our partnerships, from program planning through execution while aiming to enhance internal employee engagement, build our brand in key technology sectors and build out our future talent pipeline.What will you do?

  • Establish creative ways to activate with partners, keeping programs fresh and engaging from a user-centric approach.
  • Qualitative and quantitative outcome reporting on partnership programs & activations.
  • Drive market awareness and maintain an understanding of how RBC shows up against the competition.
  • Budget tracking, planning and invoicing.
  • Develop a strategic and unified way to engage internal teams and employees.
  • Manage activation planning and execution, acting as the main partner point of contact, developing activation plans and workback schedules, and lead internal engagement.
  • Work with corporate communications and recruitment teams to embed Tech@RBC in a strategic manner into all our activations.
  • Maintain high level of team governance as it comes to reporting, invoicing, documenting, and evaluating our programming.

What do you need to succeed?Must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years’ experience leading programs
  • Exceptional communication skills, adept at engaging with stakeholders across various department and levels both inside and outside of the organization.
  • Strong leadership skills, capable of mentoring team members and fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Creative and innovate thinker with a passion for delivering impactful programs that resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Detail-oriented and a proactive self-starter who embodies a curious mindset, a drive to outperform and the willingness to challenge the status quo.
  • Additional experience in a creative agency working with clients is desirable.
