We are looking for a skilled PE Teacher to join our network of supply staff. This role involves delivering engaging and comprehensive physical education lessons to secondary school students, encouraging them to develop their physical abilities, teamwork skills, and a lifelong love of fitness. The successful candidate will have the flexibility to work in various schools across Liverpool and the surrounding areas on a temporary or contract basis. However the position we are currently hiring for is looking for a Full Time member of staff.Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality PE lessons that align with the national curriculum.
- Inspire and motivate students through dynamic teaching methods and a positive attitude.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their physical development.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and encouraged to participate.
- Utilize a variety of teaching resources and equipment to enhance the learning experience.
- Promote health, fitness, and well-being among students through a range of physical activities and sports.
- Collaborate with school staff and participate in departmental meetings and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification in physical education.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Physical Education or a related field.
- Proven experience teaching PE at the secondary school level.
- Strong knowledge of physical education content, teaching methodologies, and curriculum standards.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in different school environments.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
