We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk to join our team and contribute to our continued success.As an Accounting Clerk, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring the smooth operation of our accounting processes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Recording daily financial transactions
- Reconciling bank statements
- Processing invoices and expense reports
- Assisting with payroll and tax filings
- Maintaining accurate and organized financial documentation
- Supporting the accounting team with various administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Familiarity with accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Legally authorized to work in Canada (sponsorships are not available)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Experience in a financial company or similar industry
